Aibel renegotiates 30,000 sq m in Asker

After a thorough process, Aibel chose to stay at Hagaløkkveien 28 – in a building set for renewal.

The lease expired in summer 2024, and Aibel wanted to look broadly to secure the best future location. The company values modern, inspiring premises that are easy for employees to reach by public transport.

«A location with easy access from Drammen in the south and the Oslo region in the north, well placed for public transport. Our employees also give good feedback on the building, and we have well-thought-out solutions for upgrading the premises.»
Hans-Jakob Berge, Head of Facilities Management & Real Estate, Aibel

After a thorough process in which several strong alternatives were assessed, Aibel chose to stay at Hagaløkkveien 28. Oslo Pensjonsforsikring is renovating the building – with a dedicated meeting centre, an option for an auditorium, a restaurant-style canteen and improved ventilation and solar shading.

Aibel engaged Realia’s Hans Jakob Garnæs as adviser up to signing, and Realia’s advisory team for the phase leading up to move-in.
